A decade after graduation, 45 percent of them still don’t hold a job that requires a four-year degree.

Yale University is returning to a standardized-test requirement, following in the footsteps of Dartmouth and MIT. One reason: They say it helps identify underrepresented students who might otherwise get overlooked.
