Trump issued two orders Wednesday night that could deal a major blow to international enrollment. President Trump issued two directives targeting international students just hours apart on Wednesday night. One is a ban on entering the U.S. for citizens from 12 countries and heightened visa restrictions for those from another seven.

The university isn’t losing accreditation, but the move signals the administration’s latest attempt to ratchet up pressure on Ivy League institutions and accreditors.
