In the most competitive year in recent memory, some schools are offering incentives to ease their over-enrolled classes.

The move reverses Trump-era policy.

"The whole reason I wanted to go back to the fields with my parents is because I wouldn't have the degree and the diploma if it wasn't for them," says Jennifer Rocha, recent graduate of UC San Diego.

The UNC Black Caucus announced that 70% of its members at Wednesday's meeting are considering leaving the university and that more than half are actively job searching outside the institution.

The university called the discovery an "appalling act of hate."
