A former Davidson College student is still a US Army ROTC cadet while investigations into alleged neo-Nazi, racist, anti-Semitic social media posts are ongoing, an Army spokesman said.

The North Carolina college did not say if they had been expelled or chosen to leave. The incident is part of a wider national trend of anti-Semitic messages on campuses.

Patrick Braxton-Andrew, the NC grade school teacher found dead last week in Mexico may have been mistaken for an undercover DEA agent, because he “asked a lot” of questions about local culture, reports say.
