The body of Patrick Braxton-Andrew, a Davidson College graduate and teacher at a private school near Charlotte NC, was recovered in Mexico weeks after he disappeared during a trip.

The family of Patrick Braxton-Andrew — the NC teacher who was reportedly killed by a drug trafficker while vacationing in Mexico — hopes people will continue to be inspired by his adventurous spirit.

Patrick Braxton-Andrew was killed in late October by a criminal organization which Mexican officials identified as the Sinaloa cartel.
